The Savage Mark II FVT is a bolt-action .22 LR built specifically for position shooting and youth marksmanship programs. It pairs a 21-inch heavy barrel with target-style aperture sights, which is the configuration required by most junior smallbore and scholastic disciplines, and the extra barrel mass steadies the rifle in offhand and kneeling positions. The user-adjustable AccuTrigger is the reason these rifles punch so far above expectations, letting a young shooter learn a clean break rather than fighting a heavy factory pull. A serious training rifle that builds real marksmanship habits.
