The Savage Axis 2 Pro Forest in 6mm ARC brings one of the most interesting modern cartridges to a bolt-action hunting platform. Developed for military use and embraced by hunters, the 6mm ARC delivers remarkable long-range ballistics with very little recoil — a legitimate deer and predator cartridge that's a pleasure to shoot all day. The 20-inch threaded barrel is suppressor-ready, the forest camo stock suits the timber, and Savage's adjustable AccuTrigger provides the crisp break the company is known for. An efficient, easy-shooting rifle that punches far above its recoil class.
