We hold a federal firearms license (FFL) and sell exclusively through authorized wholesale distributors — the same national warehouses that supply brick-and-mortar gun shops. That model lets a small Arizona business offer tens of thousands of products with fast dispatch and honest pricing, without grey-market inventory or middleman markups.

How buying a firearm online works
Federal law requires every firearm to transfer between licensed dealers, so nothing about buying online skips a background check. You order on dawson-defense.com and pick a licensed FFL dealer near you at checkout — our dealer search covers ATF-listed FFLs nationwide. We ship the firearm to that shop, you show ID, complete ATF Form 4473, pass the NICS background check, pay the shop's transfer fee, and take your firearm home.
