Chambered in 400 Legend, this left-hand Savage Axis 2 XP gives straight-wall-state hunters a harder-hitting option than its 350 Legend sibling while keeping recoil manageable. The XP package includes a factory-mounted, bore-sighted scope and a threaded barrel, so the rifle is essentially ready for the deer woods out of the box. Savage adjustable AccuTrigger provides a crisp, safe break you can tune at home. For left-handed whitetail hunters in straight-wall country who want maximum thump for minimum money, this is a purpose-built answer.
