Left-handed hunters finally get a fair shake with this southpaw Savage Axis 2 in .308 Winchester, featuring a true left-hand bolt and ejection port rather than a compromise. The .308 is arguably the most versatile short-action cartridge going, with excellent factory ammunition available everywhere for deer, hogs, and target work. Savage fits this rifle with its adjustable AccuTrigger, a button-rifled 20-inch threaded barrel ready for a suppressor, a detachable box magazine, and a green synthetic stock that handles hard weather. Budget-priced left-hand rifles are rare, which makes this one worth grabbing while it is available.
