The Colt Series 70 Competition brings the most storied name in 1911s to the practical shooting world, here chambered in soft-shooting 9mm Luger. Built on the Series 70 firing system prized for its clean trigger pull, it wears a 5-inch National Match barrel, an undercut trigger guard, and Colt's dual spring recoil system that noticeably flattens muzzle rise. This striking two-tone version pairs a stainless frame with blue titanium-finished accents. For shooters who want a genuine Colt roll mark on a 1911 that's ready for steel matches, weekend range sessions, or duty as a nightstand classic, this is a hard combination to argue with.
