It is a .50 caliber blackpowder rifle finished in Desert Web over tungsten Cerakote, a combination chosen for corrosion resistance and low visibility in open, arid terrain.

The double trigger arrangement lets the shooter set a lighter, crisper pull for deliberate shots. Muzzleloaders open up dedicated primitive-weapons seasons and the less-pressured hunting that comes with them.
