Franklin Armory built its name on the binary trigger, and the G-S173 brings that concept to the Glock platform as a complete, drop-on slide assembly for the Gen 3 Glock 17. Rather than asking the owner to fit internal parts, Franklin Armory ships the system already assembled in a black slide, so installation is a matter of removing the factory slide and setting this one on the frame. In binary mode the pistol fires one round on the pull and one on the release; a selectable mode returns it to conventional semi-automatic operation.
