This AAC HUB adapter converts a suppressor's HUB threads to a 1.375x24 mounting interface, which has become the de facto standard for direct-thread and quick-detach mounts across much of the industry. The HUB concept exists so you are not locked into one manufacturer's ecosystem: swap the rear adapter and the same can moves between hosts and mounting systems.

AAC has been in the suppressor business since the 1990s and the machining tolerances here are appropriate for the job, since concentricity at the mount is what keeps a bullet centered through the baffle stack. A small part that makes a suppressor collection far more flexible.
