<p>The Hornady Pistol Rotor & Metering Insert was specifically designed to be used with the Hornady Lock-N-Load Powder Measure. This adapter tool has a smaller than standard chamber which enables the precise metering of very small powder charges between 0.5 and 17 grains for pistol ammunition. </p><p> Like all of Hornady
