The Zastava ZPAP M70 is widely regarded as one of the most authentic and stoutly built AK-pattern rifles available in the United States. Zastava uses a thicker 1.5mm receiver with a bulged front trunnion, a design borrowed from the RPK light machine gun, along with a chrome-lined, cold-hammer-forged barrel. The result is a rifle that feels noticeably more solid than a typical stamped AK.

This one is chambered in 7.62x39 with a 16.25-inch barrel and finished in a Serbian Red and 24K gold treatment, a decidedly non-standard cosmetic take on a very traditional rifle.
