The SAR9 Compact Gen 3 is the latest refinement of SAR Firearms' Turkish-built striker-fired 9mm, a pistol line that passed brutal military endurance testing on its way to market. The Gen 3 improves the trigger, texturing, and slide serrations over earlier versions, and this compact model pairs a 4" barrel with a bronze Cerakote finish that stands out in a sea of black polymer. Interchangeable backstraps tailor the grip, and the compact frame splits the difference between carry-ability and shootability. A lot of proven pistol for the money, chambered in economical 9mm Luger.
