This is the left-handed Savage Axis 2 Pro Western in 6mm ARC — a genuinely interesting combination. The 6mm ARC was developed to push high-BC 6mm bullets from short actions with modest recoil and excellent efficiency, and it has proven itself on deer, hogs and predators as well as at distance on steel. The 20-inch threaded barrel is suppressor-ready and keeps the rifle handy, the bronze Cerakote finish resists weather, and the Axis 2 platform contributes Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger and a detachable box magazine. Left-handed shooters rarely get this much rifle at this level.
