This SilencerCo threaded barrel drops into a GLOCK 26 and gives the subcompact 9mm a 1/2x28 muzzle thread, the standard pattern for pistol suppressors. Suppressing a G26 is a popular route to a very compact host, and the factory barrel simply has no threads to work with. SilencerCo machines these from stainless with the same chamber and lockup geometry as the factory part, so the pistol runs on its original recoil spring and requires no fitting beyond a normal takedown.
