Retay has earned a fast-growing reputation for building inertia-driven shotguns with fit and finish beyond their price, and the Gordion is the company's flagship semi-auto. This 12 gauge wears 26-inch barrels' worth of swing-friendly balance, 3-inch chambers, and full Realtree Max-7 camo coverage for the duck blind. The inertia action runs clean — no gas ports dumping carbon into the receiver — which means less scrubbing after a wet morning in the marsh and reliable cycling in freezing weather. Retay's Inertia Plus system even lets the bolt close on a soft touch without hanging up. A serious waterfowl tool.
