A Proof Research carbon-fiber pre-fit for the Q Fix, in 6mm Creedmoor at 22 inches. The Fix uses a quick-change barrel system by design, so a pre-fit like this is not a workaround but the intended way to change chamberings on the rifle.

The 6mm Creedmoor is a proven competition and predator cartridge with excellent ballistics and very manageable recoil, and Proof's carbon-wrapped construction gives it the rigidity of a much heavier barrel at a fraction of the weight penalty.
