North American Arms has been building mini revolvers in the same basic form for decades, and the Pug is the most carry-oriented of them. It is a five-shot single-action revolver with a one-inch ported barrel and a tritium front sight, small enough to genuinely disappear in a pocket or a bag.

This version is chambered in .22 WMR and ships with a .22 LR conversion cylinder, so it will feed either. The Pug's virtue is not ballistic; it is the fact that it is small enough that people actually carry it when carrying anything larger is impractical. The tritium sight makes it usable in the dark, and the stainless construction handles pocket carry indefinitely.
