This is a speed loader designed for the Kimber K6S and K6XS revolvers, which are chambered in .38 Special and .357 Magnum. A speed loader lets you drop six rounds into the cylinder at once, making reloads dramatically faster than loading one cartridge at a time. It is a useful accessory for range practice, training, and defensive carry with a compact revolver. Having one or two spare loaders gives you a fast, simple reload method that works well with Kimber's snubnose wheelguns.
