This Stiction Lock compensator is threaded 1/2x28 for 5.56 barrels and does two jobs: it works as a compensator on its own, reducing muzzle rise for faster follow-up shots, and it serves as the mounting interface for compatible HUXWRX suppressors.

The Stiction Lock design addresses the perennial problem with quick-detach mounts, which is carbon fouling gradually seizing the connection. Getting the mount right is what makes a suppressor easy to live with rather than a chore, and using the manufacturer's matched device is the way to do that.
