The CVA Scout takes a deliberately simple approach: a break-action single shot with an exposed hammer, a crisp trigger, and nothing between the shooter and a well-placed round. That simplicity is exactly why it appeals to hunters who want a light, uncomplicated rifle for stand hunting or a truck gun that will not be babied.

This Takedown model separates into two pieces for transport and storage, and it comes chambered in .300 Blackout with a 16.5-inch stainless barrel threaded 5/8x24. That thread pitch and stainless finish make it a natural host for a suppressor and subsonic loads, a combination .300 Blackout was designed around.
