The CVA PowerBelt ELR is a muzzleloader projectile in .50 caliber, weighing 330 grains and sold in a 15-pack. The ELR designation stands for extended long range, signaling a design intended for flatter flight and better downrange performance than traditional sabots or round balls. It is made for in-line muzzleloaders chambered in .50 and is typically paired with loose or pelletized powder as the maker recommends. For hunters who stretch their muzzleloader seasons out to longer distances, it is a straightforward bullet to try. Always follow your rifle manufacturer's load data.
