This booster piston is threaded 13.5x1 left-hand — the common muzzle thread on many European and AK-pattern 9mm hosts — and threads into a compatible CGS Nomad-style suppressor booster assembly. On a recoil-operated pistol or PCC, the piston lets the barrel unlock properly under the added mass of a suppressor so the host keeps cycling.
